YG-1 was chosen as one of the 100 Best Enterprises for Job Creation and received the presidential citation.
In order to boost the employment rate of the vulnerable like the disabled, women and seniors, YG-1 has been proactively participating in various government job creation policies such as the salary peak system and the flexible work hour system for retirees. Its main focus is to foster the best talents through partnership with seven high schools and colleges, targeted manpower training and scholarships.
The 100 Best Companies for Job Creation is a system that select and award companies that have created the most jobs in each area. Experts from academia, researchers, and people from labor and management groups form a committee that chooses the winners taking into consideration the size and type of business.
