YG-1 Upgraded its Turning Series with a New Wide Variety of Grades and Chip breakers

With the launch of the turning series which was upgraded with its incessant innovation, YG-1 is trying to strengthen its competitive edge. The representative products are YG 3010, YG 3020 and YG 3030 Grades which are developed by the technology used for YG1001 grade. All three Turning grades are coated with CVD during the preprocessing and after treatment, they provide smooth chip flow and longer tool life while preventing built-up edges.
#1 YG1001 is good to machining cast iron or ISO P05 and YG3010 targets P10 while YG3020 is optimal for ISO P20 grades and YG3030 is for ISP P30 application.
#2. Six kinds of chip breakers below were developed to create a synergy effect when used with new grades. They can be used in all areas including roughing, finishing, continuous cut and interrupted cut.
