Total 396 new Items including New Series, Grade and Chip Breaker Added
 
 YG-1 has released updated "indexable inserts 2021 metric catalog”. This is the 2nd edition in 2021 including new 396 items in total and has been updated as follows.
 
1. Milling
- YG 613: It is applied with new coating technology to provide lubricity and toughness. Also it is optimized for stainless steel machining by using micro grain substrate.
- YG HF4 Mill ENMX 09 series: The new larger sized ENMX 09 provides higher productivity and metal removal rate and has the same strengths as the ENMX 06 series. It is designed 20-25% thicker than conventional products on the market which achieves stronger and more stable clamping and longer tool life. Additionally, it offers economical advantage with the use of 4 true edges.
- YG FM10 Mill PNMU series: It offers outstanding value with 10 true cutting edges. In addition, the 36° entry angle increases machining stability as well as maximizing productivity and quality.

2. Drilling
 - YG 613: Optimized for stainless steel machining has been added.

3. Turning
- Chip breaker SF: The SF geometry shows superior chip control and meeting the stringent surface finish requirements found in Aerospace, Oil & Gas and Medical applications.
- DNUX series: Its unique chip breaker geometry and positive rake angle provide excellent chip control. It can provide various solution especially for slender and thin wall components machining.

4. Parting & Grooving
 - YG 603: PVD coated YG603 shows superior toughness and stable tool life with special surface treatment.
 - Angled parting inserts: 6° front angled geometry reduces the cutting force and machine load as well  as remove the burr

    formation and the pip on the finished component leading machining efficiency.
 - Internal coolant through type holder: It efficiently breaks the chips and provide longer insert life.
